Brunched my way, girl. Let me TELL you!
I recently attended OC Weekly’s Fresh Toast which brings together a bunch of the top vendors in Orange County for a big giant brunch festival. Literally, what could be better than bubbly, and brunch bites?

Living in Southern California has its serious perks, and I mean like… hello food.
So many funky, different and authentic fusion celebrations of food all over the place, and it keeps getting better. I try my hardest to share some of the absolute gems that I run into, so I hope you fall in love with my newest discovery, Cha Cha’s Latin Kitchen located at the Marketplace in Irvine.
Sometimes we just need those pick me ups in the middle of the day. We will reach for chocolate, maybe coffee, or even an energy drink if we are really feelin’ it (I’ve been there). We reach for these things because they are super convenient, easy and pretty much require little to no work. I work in a corporate office, so that grind in the middle of day can get pretty tiring. But I found something that is AMAZING, and I am going to share it with you!
Put poke and burrito in a sentence and you have my attention. Add Cheetos to the mix and you *really* have my attention.
As Summer comes to an end, so does our love and obsession for tropical… everything. Before the Summer light fades, and the leaves begin to fall, I have a quick and easy recipe you must try!
It is a really simple and fun dish. I mean, look how Instagram and Facebook worthy it is.
This dish is made to feed four (+ tons of leftovers, but minus the super cute pineapple bowls).
